Let's talk real estate in San Felipe. Oh, not the mudslinging gossipy stuff we get hit with most every day but the positives of owning and building a home and a life in this beautiful little fishing village so many of us call home. Where else could we live and enjoy such awesome sunrises over the Sea, gorgeous sunsets, beautiful sunny weather, a large fun loving "gringo" family and a warm and accepting local community. And for the price! Sure this past year has been tough on most businesses but let's look at the positives that are happening. The Baja 250 is back. Yeah! We''re seeing more visitors from all over the world. Yeah! The shrimp are huge and delicious. Yeah! So they ran out of Paella...so what. The entertaiment was awesome and the party a blast. Let's count our blessings & see how we can create positive change and help each other in the process. I'll ask questions. I'll answer questions when I can. If I don't know maybe you do. Let's chat.
